as i am sure you all know, the telephone eludes me under normal circumstances... under foreign circumstances, even more so. as a means to keep everyone (who cares to remain informed) in the loop while i am away, i am creating this "blog" (yikes - that felt pretentious somehow) so everyone gets the same info instead of experiencing this...

lauren: oh i must have told _______
stories about adventures, plans, shout outs (hollah 4-0-1!!), and bits of information here and there will be posted. facebook will unquestionably be the central portal for photos but i am sure i will throw a couple contextual pics into postings. S'all for now folks! Tomorrow will bring flight info, dates of arrival(s) departure(s) of myself and my various travel cohorts.
